Söderlind (født og opvokset i Colombia) har ultimo oktober og primo november været i sit hjemland\, for som valgobservatør at være til stede under regionsvalgene i Colombia. Lizethe vil give en beretning om status i Colombia. Oplægget vil foregå på spansk. \nPresentación 7 de diciembre de 2023 -NETLA\nBAZAR DE LA BUROCRACIA Y ELECCIONES LOCALES EN COLOMBIA \nAbstract \nGustavo Petro es desde agosto de 2022 el primer presidente de izquierda en la historia de la democracia de Colombia. Su gobierno tiene ahora un difícil desafío de formalizar su programa de paz total y el acuerdo nacional para la aprobación de sus reformas porque las elecciones locales de octubre de 2023 arrojaron un resultado no esperado para el partido de Gobierno. \nDurante el trabajo de la delegación internacional de observación electoral de Dinamarca para las elecciones\, fue importante utilizar mi método empírico de observar\, recolectar datos y experimentar la realidad de esta disyuntiva democrática del actual gobierno de Colombia. \nDe esta forma el objetivo de mi presentación es dar a conocer los “movimientos” políticos del gobierno para gestionar alianzas con lo que pretendo conseguir dar a conocer un panorama geo-económico-político y social de estrategias para mantenerse en el poder. \nEl hallazgo más relevante de mi presentación se refiere a la variación del uso de la democracia por un repartimiento de puestos burocráticos y mi conclusión es que los partidos políticos perdieron legitimación en el acto democrático del sufragio electoral/voto para dar espacio a intereses locales\, nacionales e internacionales. \n————————————————————————- \nAbstract \nAugusto Petro is since August 2022 the first left wing president in democratic history of Colombia. His government now faces the great obstacles of formalizing his program of total peace and obtaining national agreement to approving his reform because the local elections of October 2023 showed a result non expected for the party of the government. \nDuring the work of the international delegation of electoral observers of Denmark for the elections\, it was important to use my empirical method of observing\, recollection data and experimenting with the reality of this democratic dissension of the current government of Colombia. \nThis way the objective of my presentation is to make known the “political movements” of the government to manage alliances with which I intend to make known a geo-economic-political and social panorama of strategies to remain in power. \nThe most relevant finding of my presentation refers to the variation in the use of democracy due to a distribution of bureaucratic positions and my conclusion is that political parties lost legitimacy in the democratic act of electoral voting to give space to local\, national and international interests. \nLizethe Alvarez Söderlind \nEstudiante de 3er.
